Hello hungry one.
I’m Alex, a twenty-something who’s been passionate about food since I could remember. It’s been almost 3 years since I actually learned how to use a rice cooker (hey, don’t judge!) so this will be a learning process both for me and anyone who comes across our entries.
Our cooking skills are painfully basic but we will try to accurately measure and calibrate every grain we add in for everybody’s ease and convenience. We’ve burnt and will continuously be burning stuff (and ourselves) along the way and we won’t deprive you the pleasure of reading about it. Rest assured, we hope to properly document everything as it is for anyone who’s up to try something new or for the pure pleasure of cooking.
